Yesterday I had my second session with Seonaidh.  Every moment of it was so worthwhile. 

The reason I booked my first session with her was I listened to her mindset Series: Embrace the Dork Side.  At one point she asks us to think about something we are proud of, an accomplishment of our own.

I could not think of a single one. 

I realized that I had gone from a bubbly, positive person to someone who couldn't even think of one positive thing about herself.  So I booked a session with Seonaidh.  And we talked she gave me some homework, and I did it. I booked a follow-up with her because I thought it might take a few sessions to get myself together. 

At the follow up yesterday, I (without realizing it) spent 20 minutes talking about everything that I have accomplished, am proud of in the last 3 months. 

I didn't realize how much I had changed my mindset.  How easy it was when I put in the work (not talking hours a day, talking being mindful) Seonaidh helped me rediscover the person I am.  The person I love to be. 

The side benefits are also pretty good.  I am sleeping better, I am more productive and I have started to care about myself again.  Bought a pair of pants with a button fly and not a drawstring.  This is awesome! 

So if you are thinking about booking a session with Seonaidh, do it!  She is amazing and you will be so glad to have done this for yourself.  So worth every penny!
