  • We’ll start with a 90-minute kick-off call so you have a clear plan and powerful metrics to track your progress.

  • Get a monthly coaching call with me to keep you on track. These calls are 50-minutes and take place at a time to suit you.

  • Weekly progress check-in’s mean I’ll reach out to you every week to check your progress, barriers, and support needs so you keep moving forwards.

  • Instant message support Monday - Friday so you know you’re never facing a problem alone.

  • Key skills lessons and resources to visit in your own time, based on the needs of the group and to keep you moving forwards.

  • Access to a client portal so we can track your progress, actions, and issues with ease.
