It doesn’t matter if you care, if you really want to, or if you just know you should.
Sometimes taking action is just really f*cking hard.
My entire life has been full of moments where intentions fall short, things don’t get done, and I still haven’t done what I said I was going to. I’ve spent countless hours beating myself up, and wondering what the hell was wrong with me.
Then in October 2021, aged 29, I was diagnosed with ADHD. ADHD doesn’t change my values, knowledge, or the desire to what I said I would, but it does make task initiation (doing the thing) way harder.
That’s why in everything I do, I focus on this point.
No matter how we work together, I’m here to help you transition from ‘knowing’ to ‘doing’.
… and the answer is never ‘just do it’.
I know you care. I know you are dedicated. I don’t doubt it.
If you’re resonating with my story, you don’t need to prove your values or intentions, or justify any struggle to act. ADHD or not, sometimes doing the thing is just really hard - whether that’s your workout, making a sustainable change, or growing your business.
